Candied Coho


  • Salmon fillet (skin off)

  • Olive oil

  • Flour or pancake batter

  • Brown Sugar

  • Maple syrup



Preheat oil  burners on high).


Preparation of fillet: Take the skin off of the fillets.  Rinse and pat dry.  Place fillet in pancake batter/flour until lightly covered.  Sprinkle brown sugar onto fillet and press in.  Drizzle with maple syrup. Once oil is up to temperature, place fillet in oil.  Cook a couple minutes on each side until fillet is a touch singed (cooking time differs depending on thickness of fillet).
