Honey Butter Garlic Salmon

Ingredients:

-1 cup of honey

-1 half stick of butter

-2 cloves of minced garlic

-2 limes

-cilantro

Preparation:

 

Take one sheet of aluminum foil to make a pouch. Lay fillets skin side down and pat dry with paper towel.  Drizzle lime juice over fillets.

 

In a separate saucepan, mix one cup of honey, half stick of butter, two cloves of minced garlic and juice from one lime (optional). Bring to boil. Drizzle sauce over salmon. Sprinkle minced cilantro atop salmon. Add pepper if desired. Close foil pouch. Bake 350 degrees for 10-15 min. Open foil pouch and broil for 5-7 minutes. Drizzle extra sauce over fillet.
